Kortnie was my agent when I purchased my home and I enjoyed working with her so much I went to her again when it was time to sell the home. I was no longer living in the area so I knew it was important to have someone I could trust helping me go through the process. Kortnie took care of everything. She was super responsive and very thorough. I never went more than 24 hours waiting for a response with most responses coming within the hour. Kortnie and her team are first class and I would highly recommend them. I wish they worked where I live now because I'd love to have them on my side as I look for my next house.

My partner and I have been acquiring rental properties over the last couple of years and Kortnie has been critical to our success. She has kept her ears out and as soon as something hits that fits our criteria she is on the phone. She continues to be a source of knowledgeable advice in this area and has helped us find, contract, purchase, and renovate properties. She is very well organized and process driven which, as a buyer, makes the process immeasurably easier. I can't imagine a better realtor, especially for a first time home buyer. She went through the whole process with us, making sure we didn't miss any steps. She was also extremely responsive at all times, and even went to our closing when we weren't able to attend. As she refurbishes old homes herself, she provided unique insight into potential problems with each house we looked at. She even showed us a property which had not gone on the market yet. As a Maine native, she is able to provide tips and recommendations for well vetted inspectors, insurance agencies, and lenders. I cannot say enough good things. She truly had our best interests in mind!

This is the second time I have worked with Kortnie and the Chez Renee Team to purchase property. Kortnie works exceptionally hard to make sure all questions and concerns are responded to, and to get her clients the best possible deal. What's better, when you work with her you get the expertise and assistance of her entire team. Tim Smith stepped in while Kortnie was on vacation to help with the closing process.
