Living in Florida while trying to sell a property in Brewer Maine seemed to be impossible... until I found Kortnie. Ironically I found her on Zillow and the reviews were correct. What’s most impressive is the sale was a small amount therefore the commission was small. Well that did not matter to the level of service and knowledge from her team. Kortnie was great to work with. She was readily available and quick to return any and all communication. When I first approached her about home buying she walked me through a very informative and helpful powerpoint designed to inform first time buyers. She then set up several viewings for me. She also answered questions I had during the offer process all the way to closing. Would highly recommend her.
