What can I say about Kortnie that one conversation with her doesn't say for itself?... She is professional, bubbly, fun, smart and incredible to work with. I have used her services not once, not twice, but 3 times now. I have been the buyer and the seller. In all instances she has always been responsive, dependable, and trustworthy. Even while away on vacation with her family, Kortnie always answered my questions in a timely fashion, and was on top of everything. Always open to hearing what I had for ideas, and helping to refine them to have the house more presentable is a quality you don't find in many realtors. She never shot down my thoughts, and never made me feel inferior. If you're thinking about listing your home or trying to find a new home, look no further. I have worked with Kortnie multiple times over the past 6 years and I would never use another realtor. This was the first time she represented me as a seller and the entire process could not have been easier. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Greater Bangor area market. She is very easy to communicate with and is efficient in all aspects of the closing process. She is an excellent negotiator and always pays attention to the small details that others would overlook. She is kind, but tough. I will definitely reach out to Kortnie again the next time I need a realtor.

Kortnie was the BEST realtor! From the moment we contacted her about starting our new home search to the closing of the sale of our home - we were just blown away! I was referred to Kortnie and messaged her later in the evening, not expecting a response until next day. I received a response immediately and she remained consistent with her communication! Not only was she prompt, she was super knowledgeable and truly looked out for our best interest through the selling and buying process. She maintained such great professionalism while still being human and just having the best easy going personality. I highly recommend Kortnie to anyone looking for the best experience they can have!
