We had a fantastic experience working with Evelyn Conrad. She kept it real, was quick to respond, and communicated clearly every step of the way. She has a great sense of humor, which made the process enjoyable, and she consistently got information to us quickly while taking the time to explain things and make sure we truly understood each step in the process. This was her first time working with a business purchasing real estate, so there was a learning curve, but Evelyn handled it impressively. She asked questions, learned the policies and procedures with our lender, and stayed on top of everything to ensure the transaction moved forward smoothly.
