Deb Henderson was fantastic. We have recommended her to many other people. She went above and beyond any of our expectations. She was extremely professional. She was very prompt with giving us feedback or returning our calls with any questions we may have had. She always did what she said she would do. Deb showed me a lot of homes and never hurried me to buy like some agents would. We looked for 3 months and she was fine with that. I would certainly refer Deb to anyone.

Deb allows the emotions and anxiety, she provided the stability we needed to sell our beloved home. When delays arose, she handled things with aplomb. She strengthened us and protected us. She spent time with us in our decision-making and tactfully suggested the appropriate pricing. She studied our home, took beautiful pictures to best represent our property. Deb Henderson is what Down East Maine is all about. Honest and straightforward she is very knowledgeable and made our buying experience as stress free as possible. No loose ends with Deb Henderson. If we were to ever sample the market again in Maine she will be on our team. I say ever sample the market again because she put us in our dream home. Two years now. Maybe when we get older we might downsize and it will be hello Deb again for sure. 5 Stars for Deb Henderson.

No matter how busy she is she makes time for you. From the beginning (and this will be going on untill the ocean front propety hits my liking) she seams to know instantly what I want just from a few quick questions. I know she is guilding me to my new home on the water. She has so many waterfronts available its hard for me to make up my mind...
