We were owners of a fairly unique offering, both in terms of the home and the property so comps were quite rare. Deb was quick to respond, easy to talk to, experienced and knowledgeable, through in her review and assessment of our home. Once formally engaged,she had the property photographed and filmed, detailed out, listed in all of the platforms.
