She is experienced in the outdoors skills, and understands camp properties and financing. Deb works very hard to keep the contract negotiating process moving along on schedule. She knows local resources to get required home inspection and maintenance tasks accomplished. If we should ever need to sell this lake property in the future, we most certainly will have Deb be our listing agent.

My experience with Deb Henderson was absolutely positive and I highly recommend her without any reservation. Apart from the fact that she was able to sell my home in a process that I would describe as "smooth sailing" I was very pleased and comfortable with the way she operates. She is a pleasant, down-to-earth person and very easy to work with. I appreciated her suggestions and realistic advice. Any question I had she responded to in a timely fashion and her answers reflected her vast experience and thorough knowledge of the real estate business.

Deb Henderson helped us sell a lot of land on Junior Lake in Lakeville, Maine this fall. She put in a great deal of time and effort on our part. We could not have asked for more. Professional,knowledgeable,attention to detail,very responsive to your needs. Deb will go out of her way to help you sell your property. I wouldn't think of anyone else if I needed a realtor for either selling or buying. I had an off grid property that needed the right buyer. Debt traveled for 3 hours to my place for showings multiple times until we found the right match. She is not a realtor who puts it online and waits. She puts in the extra effort at every turn.
