When it came time to sell our home, we inquired with friends and colleagues as to their recommendations for a Realtor to work with. When Susan's name came up several times, with high praise, we had a feeling she was going to be it! Throughout the process, Susan was a delight to work with. Even with the incredibly hectic nature of real-estate in a pandemic, she was very responsive to any questions that we had, and gave us good advice on what would help our home sell quickly, and for a good price. We would not hesitate to work with her again on either side of the table!

Susan is very pro- client. She and I worked on 2 other houses in selling them with great success! I will miss her, we moved to southern Maine. Wish she would move down here also. I highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs. She was right on top of all the bumps in the road for us. such a dear person! Thank you Realty of Maine for Susan Lane .

Susan helped us navigate looking at homes and buying our first home. She was knowledgeable about homes in the area and knew what to look for. We really appreciated her honest assessment of the homes we saw and always felt like she genuinely had our best interest at heart!

Susan was absolutely outstanding. As a 25 year military professional, I have moved a great deal and purchased and sold many homes. Susan was by far one of the best real-estate professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. She we extremely attentive to our wants and needs (and there were many) as she searched and presented properties. Susan worked tirelessly, all hours and days of the week to meet our schedule, and was pleasant each and every time we spoke or met. She was knowledgeable just about every question, or she knew who we needed to contact. If there was something that needed to be done, she was all over it. I would recommend Susan and her team 10 out of 10 times to my closest friends and family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Susan Lane as the realtor who sold our home. She was exemplary in every way. The process went smoothly and professionally and we had complete confidence in her the entire time beginning with a market analysis and advice on how best to prepare the home for sale all the way through to the closing. I highly recommend her.

Susan was instrumental in our search for and purchase of a home. She actively looked for homes on the market that fit our wants and needs, kept us up-to-speed on market activity, and stayed on top of every aspect of our home purchase. She was always easy to get ahold of and flexible with our busy schedule. Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail amazed us. She is extremely professional, incredibly polite and patient, and an expert broker. She was a delight to work with and took excellent care of us. We highly recommend her!
