Susan Lane with Realty of Maine is by far the most ethical, hardest working agent I have had the pleasure to know. We had a particularly difficult transaction in that the purchase of our house depended on us finding another house. Susan was a professional throughout the entire process! Her advisement was invaluable and without her guidance I have no doubt it would have been a lot more difficult. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Susan was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and insightful. We had no doubt that she had our best interests in mind when trying to find a our new home. She was easy to reach and responsive, and steered us easily through the process and worked well with our lender. Her years of experience were obvious, and she was just a joy to work with. Susan was just wonderful! She was so helpful with everything. She knows I do uot drive, so she was kind enough to take me everywhere I needed to be. She even checked on the home for me. Susan is an excellent Realtor® and I would refer her to everyone.
