Susan was referred to me by a close friend who had a very positive experience working with her. The housing market has been absolutely flooded during the pandemic. Despite the amount of work she was doing with other clients, Susan made time to meet with us regarding paperwork, staging and building a relationship. When it was time to look for our new home, Susan recognized she did not have adequate time to meet our needs, so she referred us to Keith Ociepka. He was WONDERFUL. His knowledge from working in the construction business was invaluable. I was thoroughly impressed by Susan's ability and willingness to link us Keith. I was VERY impressed with Realty of Maine. Not only would I use this business again, I would ask to work with Susan and/or Keith again, and I will be sure to refer business your way. Thank you so much. We came into the home buying process with very little prior experience and pretty strict size and time requirements for our new home.
