Evelyn is an excellent realtor for many reasons. First, she is responsive. She was always quick to answer my calls or get back to me after leaving a message. Second, she listens and follows through. It is easy for realtors to listen to your “home-related wishes” but it is hard for them to follow through. I know some realtors who will listen in the moment and later will disregard “wishes” when new listings appear. Evelyn always remembered my mandatory needs and my I-can-live-without needs when deciding to show or not show me a listing. Third, she was honest but not bossy. I trusted her right away because she tells you like it is. She is honest about what does not look right, what does not look right but could be fixed, and what looked right but was maybe an issue. She knows her stuff. And in the rare situations she didn’t understand something, she told me!!! Talk about trust. Fourth, she is patient. She never rushed a viewing, or rushed me off the phone, or rushed me to pick a house. Overall, Evelyn is a great realtor and one that I highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Deb Henderson. She was professional, but friendly and knowledgeable in handling all the details of the sale of our sporting camps. Her personality fit perfectly for our sale. She was always prompt at returning calls and emails and gave us her full attention to our concerns or questions. Deb goes above and beyond. She is honest and always does what she says she will do. She always responds to any questions very promptly. She always calls with feedback from a showing. I would highly recommend Deb.
