Living in Florida while trying to sell a property in Brewer Maine seemed to be impossible... until I found Kortnie. Ironically I found her on Zillow and the reviews were correct. What’s most impressive is the sale was a small amount therefore the commission was small. Well that did not matter to the level of service and knowledge from her team. Thanks again and I am truly thankful Kortnie was my agent.

Kortnie was great to work with. She was readily available and quick to return any and all communication. When I first approached her about home buying she walked me through a very informative and helpful powerpoint designed to inform first time buyers. She then set up several viewings for me. She also answered questions I had during the offer process all the way to closing. Would highly recommend her.
