Susan was instrumental in our search for and purchase of a home. Dani O'Halloran was excellent! She was so helpful and amazing with everything. The short sale was a difficult one and she took care of everything in a short amount of time, allowing us to move smoothly into our new home. She was very flexible, showing us many properties and she was always available and easy to contact. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I can't imagine a better realtor, especially for a first time home buyer. She went through the whole process with us, making sure we didn't miss any steps. She was also extremely responsive at all times, and even went to our closing when we weren't able to attend. As she refurbishes old homes herself, she provided unique insight into potential problems with each house we looked at. She even showed us a property which had not gone on the market yet. As a Maine native, she is able to provide tips and recommendations for well vetted inspectors, insurance agencies, and lenders. I cannot say enough good things. She truly had our best interests in mind!

This is the second time I have worked with Kortnie and the Chez Renee Team to purchase property. Kortnie works exceptionally hard to make sure all questions and concerns are responded to, and to get her clients the best possible deal. What's better, when you work with her you get the expertise and assistance of her entire team. Tim Smith stepped in while Kortnie was on vacation to help with the closing process. They work together seamlessly to give their clients the best service and keep the process as low stress as possible. I can't recommend Kortnie enough!!
