Susan was referred to me by a close friend who had a very positive experience working with her. The housing market has been absolutely flooded during the pandemic. We found Susan to be very efficient, professional and available prior to, during and after the transaction. I would highly recommend her in the future. Her confident and pleasant attitude certainly goes a long way to adding comfort in what would be considered not to be an everyday transaction. Without her expertise we would have clearly made some questionable decisions.

When it came time to sell our home, we inquired with friends and colleagues as to their recommendations for a Realtor to work with. When Susan's name came up several times, with high praise, we had a feeling she was going to be it! Throughout the process, Susan was a delight to work with. Even with the incredibly hectic nature of real-estate in a pandemic, she was very responsive to any questions that we had, and gave us good advice on what would help our home sell quickly, and for a good price.
