I would strongly recommend Patty for anyone selling their home. Although this closing was a nightmare and one of last minute changes and issues (all from the lender's end), Patty did everything she could to keep me informed and even kept on people to get the transaction completed. Patty advised me with certain items and what was the best course of action. Because of her advise, we got the maximum out of the sale. She was knowledgeable and got me answers in a very timely manner and was patient with me with the problems we were encountering from the buyer's lending institute. We had no issues on our part and Patty had our side of the transaction ready to go and we just had to sit back and hold our breath. Thankfully she pushed buttons and kept things moving. I would recommend Tim McClary to anybody looking for real estate. He helped our family find just the right home, even after we thought we had exhausted all our options. He was optimistic, realistic, and extremely knowledgeable. Our family always felt comfortable going into a home with Tim and we trusted him to lead us in the right direction. Our buyers agent was Evelyn Conrad and she was amazing! She was on the ball, always messaging us back immediately, whether we had a question about a potential home that was for sale or getting answers to questions from the sellers agent, once we found the home that we ended up purchasing. When she didn't know the answers, she quickly got in touch with the right people to get the answers needed. During the search process, Evelyn went out of her way to accommodate our tight schedule for looking at potential homes, getting us in to see houses when it was most convenient for us. Her upbeat personality, knowledge of the local real estate market and ambition to get things done smoothly, was a godsend to us.
