Wendy Wiley is an outstanding asset to your team. She impressed us right away with her responsiveness and excellent communication, even during hours we did not expect a quick response back. Then she blew us away with her attention to detail, asking us things we'd not been asked before and taking such meticulous care with our listing. After being on the market for quite a while before relisting with Wendy, this time around it sold within days! Wendy went above and beyond with every aspect of the process, making it easy and understandable. She took the time to answer any questions that came up, including questions that lingered after receiving somewhat confusing answers from the title company. Oh, and might we add that this was all done during COVID-19 shutdowns, and we live on the opposite coast in California! If we lived in Maine our first choice in realtor would be Wendy again, hands down, thanks to her friendly, unparalleled service and expertise.

Susan is very pro- client. She and I worked on 2 other houses in selling them with great success! I will miss her, we moved to southern Maine. Wish she would move down here also. My wife and I were on the hunt for a house and had worked with Manon previously when we sold our house a few years ago in Hampden. Evelyn as part of Manon's team was excellent to work with throughout our very quick purchase as we were moving back to Hampden from Southern Maine. Evelyn and Manon worked quickly to setup showings during COVID-19 and we looked at 6 houses in one afternoon.
