Hello Trae, Thank You so much for all your help and support with acquiring or new property in Searsmont. You were so efficient and pro active in responding to our concerns and questions regarding the property, we felt at ease knowing you were helping us through the process. Your professionalism was second to none. Thank you also for the gift we did enjoy our first meal in town tremendously, we have been involved with many real estate transactions and have never had a realtor so generous. We surely will use you again with future real estate transactions, and recommend you as often as we can. Sincerely Michael & Charlene Mann

We appreciated Michelle's responsiveness - you were right on it! Once we made the offer on a house, you were very helpful in finding resources to help with assessments and follow-on work. You also got us through a complicated deed process, and we appreciated it.

Paul seemed to know the market well for the property I was selling. More importantly, I liked the fact that he researched, visited, and walked the property to become familiar with it.
