Torrey was professional, thorough, and worked hard to keep the deal moving forward. He did this in a way that made the challenges much easier to get through. Torrey was great to work with in selling our property. He is very knowledgeable of the market and explained everything in great and clear detail. Within 2 days of signing papers for the listing, the property was under contract and final sale was less than a month.
