Torrey has been our agent for both purchasing and selling homes. This has given us a unique opportunity to observe his skill set in the real estate market. He is very intelligent, and certainly knows his job well, but what makes him stand out is his honesty and straight-forwardness. He will not tell you what you may want to hear, or make promises that he cannot keep. What he will do is give you a detailed analysis of what your home is worth, or what the home you are purchasing should be worth, and guides you along these parameters. There is never a sales pitch. He is the only agent we would ever consider using. He is a rarity in his field, and one of the best.

This isn’t the first time we’ve worked with Torrey, and if we are ever in the market again it won’t be our last. He knows his business and is always there when we want to see a property. He listens to our wants and needs, and doesn’t try to steer us into something that wouldn’t suit us. I’m very happy that we had Torrey to help us purchase our new home.
