We absolutely LOVED working with Torrey. He was so respectful of our wishes and desires in a home while being up-front about the drawbacks as well. He really had our best interests in mind. He really helped us find our dream house! He helped us to navigate the home buying process (as this was our first time buying a house.) He listened to all of our thoughts and added his professional opinion in as well. In the end, he saved us lots of money as we were prepared to cover closing costs and he suggested that being a seller concession, as well as another update that affected the purchase price. Torrey would always respond to us in a timely manner with questions and concerns. I highly recommend Torrey to anyone looking to buy a home.
