Susan gives A+ effort. She is very knowledge about the market and clearly knows all of the steps in the house selling process and has an appreciation for when things go wrong. We had a unique selling situation where the buyer's agent didn't really exist and Susan ended up having to take on more responsibilities and get the deal across the line. It was a stressful but fruitful process. Thank you!

Susan was amazing to work with! If you are looking for an agent that really knows real estate and the laws, she is the one! Goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly, very responsive, and really took the time to explain everything to us. Selling a house can be stressful, but working with Susan was a very positive experience and we were thankful to have her as our agent!

My husband and I want to thank Susan for her guidance, support, and patience to help us find the perfect home on Pushaw Lake in Maine!
