Grateful for Paul's help in the sale of my home. He was knowledgeable about steps, taking time to be clear on the paperwork you were signing and explaining each page thoroughly. He came having prepared and researched selling a home from my particular mobile park which was impressive. After the initial signing, communication was mostly through text and limited. I wasn't told the buyer was visiting my home checking things out until after it happened and I had to inquire about details like closing time and whether the sale happened after the fact. Giving a call to the client to give updates and keep communication open after the signing of the papers would be appreciated by the seller.
