We first met Jay while searching for our retirement home. We gave him our "wish list" with the understanding that while hopeful, we weren't certain we would find something that checked every box! Jay went to work and found us a great house! Amazingly, all boxes checked!!
Next up, selling our family home. Jay orchestrated a great listing; helpful guidance with a manageable punch list, staging, professional photos, and he provided brokers with helpful details with regard to the property's history and unique features, town amenities, and regional benefits.

Torrey served me in a friendly yet professional manner, offering excellent advice to assure the sale of my home was a positive experience. Torrey was great to work with in selling our property. He is very knowledgeable of the market and explained everything in great and clear detail. Within 2 days of signing papers for the listing, the property was under contract and final sale was less than a month. My sister and I had an odd, wonderful old cordwood cabin that had not been lived in for 25 years. We live 2000 miles away. We had no idea what is was worth, who might be interested, etc. Lliam's enthusiasm and marketing ideas for the place filled us with hope; his communication was outstanding. The pictures he posted drew a lot of interest....A LOT of interest...I had to open up an Instagram account to fully appreciate all of the hoopla. The pictures and description of the cabin were so good that a friend said he might want Lliam to work on his online dating profile. The cabin received several offers, and Lliam walked us through the selling process patiently and professionally. We were delighted. Highly recommended.
