5 stars is not enough stars to fully appreciate and recognize Malaya Somers. We came to her with our vague idea and dreams of buying a specific kind of rental home in Bangor (we are from out of state). Malaya held our hand and kept in touch via email, text, phone, and video with us every step of the way. Of course, Malaya is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgable. But, she is also very organized and patient and when she says she will follow up on something, she means it. We could only come into town for a few days. She scheduled back to back showings for us, did the extra work to change the schedule for last minute homes we asked to see, and then did video tours of homes after we left. We just closed on our Bangor home last month and due to the confidence we had in Malaya, we were not nervous at all. We highly recommend Malaya Somers as an extraordinary realtor, she's really one in a million.

Brandon sold a house for me that I thought was unsellable! after following his advice on making changes here and there to the property, it sold above asking price!!
