Great! Five star! Travis kept us updated on the property purchase process and documentations. All legal steps went well even with an unforeseen issue that arose during closing. We didn’t need to call him since he kept is update through the purchase steps to closing.

I have worked with Travis multiple times. He does outstanding work and had the same attention to detail on a fairly small transaction as he did on a large transaction. I would recommend him to anyone and would not use another broker.

Renee was knowledgeable about the market, what to bid, and communicated quickly. The portal was very helpful for the search process and she set up viewings quickly.
There was a delay in closing of 30 days by no fault of seller or buyer. It was related to the delays and poor communications from TD Bank. However, Renee provided support through this and assisted in pushing the bank to see this through.
