Doug Damon was absolutely amazing in helping me sell my dad's house after his passing.....while I was located in Colorado. His frequent updates and willingness (without even being asked) to make sure the house was secure and looked in on made me able to rest easy at night. From day one to closing I knew Doug was there for me through this difficult time day or night. I would without hesitation recommend him as a realtor to anyone seeking one. Not only a true credit to Reality of Maine, but to all realtors period.
Also, a shout out to Abby Bailey at Treworgy & Baldacci for her amazing communication during the closing. Her timely work and effort was greatly appreciated.

Jennifer and Tim helped us sell our home and a second piece of land. They are ethical and understand the market much better than the folks from ERA who valued our home at 100k less than what my sister and I ended up with using Jennifer and Tim. My sister wanted to use ERA but we knew something was amiss there as soon as we heard MW’s numbers. I cannot recommend them more highly than 100k more in our pocket! They supported and guided us through the process even with the difficult buyer’s agent. This is the third time Jennifer has been my agent and I can’t imagine using anyone else.

Heidi was wonderful to work with, from the very beginning. I made an appointment with her to view one of her listings, and I felt so comfortable with her, I wanted her to help me find a home. We looked at a few, and Heidi had a good idea of how to read me, and my reactions to homes. She sent me an email for one of her new listings, and that ended up being the right home for me. Her experience and patience through the whole process helped relieve some of my stress. I appreciate all that she did for me.

Heidi is an excellent realtor. She always stayed in touch with us through the entire process which means a lot to clients-especially older ones.
