Working with Dolly was really incredible. I've never met a realtor so dedicated to looking after the best interests of all parties involved. Dolly is a matchmaker not a salesperson she wants to find the exact property you want and to find the exact right buyer for your property not push anyone into anything. She is incredibly helpful and will help you find the right people in the community to help you with investigating code compliance and anything else. Lots of integrity, really great character, and also just really fun. She will absolutely be my go-to realtor in the area and also the only one I will recommend.

Our agent, Paul Carter, was extremely professional and responsive. He went above and beyond, showing us the property on video chat -- he gladly took the time and effort to ensure we were comfortable with the land. Further, Paul ensured the pieces came together for a successful closing. We greatly appreciate his efforts and are glad we had the opportunity to work with him.

Torrey was professional, thorough, and worked hard to keep the deal moving forward. He did this in a way that made the challenges much easier to get through. Being always available to answer questions or for updates was a big help. I appreciated the fact that I felt Torrey always had my best interest in mind. His knowledge of area and real estate requirements were top notch!
