I’ve had the pleasure to work with Georgie twice in purchasing 2 unique homes in Downeast Maine. The first being a unique antique property that was cherished for 40 years by the late owners. I drive 5 hours in a snow storm and Georgie made every effort to get to the house for the showing and trust me on a handshake on a snowy day just before Christmas. She was an incredible agent, partner and knowledgeable about the area, inspector, all needs. Georgie has a really approachable, humble and honest style that aligns with myself and my values. When I was ready to purchase a second home, there was no hesitation, she was my first call … we secured the house with a competitive offer and the whole process was as seamless. Sue was the realtor for my first home! I had met with other realtors before deciding to work with her, because she was so respectful of my desires, taste, and budget. I wasn’t working with a huge dollar amount (so I assume her paycheck wasn’t huge either) and we toured sooo many houses, and she stayed hopeful with us & helpful to us until we closed. Answered so many extensive questions from anxious me! Very responsive, impressive listing search technology, and a genuinely nice person to do business with.
