Grace was absolutely outstanding in every way during the purchase of my fiancé and I’s first home. She was not only professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, she was also extremely down to earth and real with us. She made us feel so comfortable through the whole process, including navigating first time home buyer programs and grants. She truly was there with us every step of the way, and made us feel like we could reach out to her at anytime for anything. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for everything she’s done for us!

“Time is of the essence” is a common contractual element in a purchase and sale agreement for a multitude of reasons and good reasons at that.
