Her advice on how to present a home for a quick sale was on par and our home sold in 3 days. We are working on our real estate investment portfolio and Renee has our business for good. <p>My wife and I were shopping for a home in Washington County and we were from out of state. Georgie came recommended to us by another Realtor from Bar Harbor and being new to the area we soon realized our fortune to have found such a great Realtor. Georgie was patient helping us to plan our 5-day itinerary which included 12 to 15 showings over 5 days. Ultimately my wife and I decided to bid on a Fannie Mae foreclosure and the process we had to follow was not typical of a regular real estate closing.
