Ashlee was amazing. Process took longer than expected as the property needed lots of repairs before it could be listed. Ashlee helped me decide what needed to done and what didn't to get a quick sale and the most profit. Once listed, house was under contract in 7 days! I would recommend Ashlee to anyone selling or buying property!

I had to sell my home that I’ve had for 40 years. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever had to do. I was alone at making decisions and understanding the process. Bridge helped me with everything and walked me through each step of the way. He was thorough and patient with me. He helped me in many ways.
One of the many things he did for me was to clear my yard. My willow tree had fallen during a winter storm and there were branches, twigs and such all over the lawn. Bridge came over and cut it up and piled it neatly for me. What a big difference he made making my home and yard look amazing. He would come to my home with paperwork so that I would be able to sign different documents. He helped me move some of my things from the house to my new residence.
I cannot say enough nice things about Bridge. He was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a fantastic, kind and helpful realtor. I have made a true friend in Bridge.
