Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I cannot say enough about how incredible LuAnne was as my real estate agent. From the moment we connected, she went above and beyond to understand my needs and make the entire process seamless. Her knowledge of the local market and her attention to detail were evident every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions, provided valuable advice, and truly had my best interests at heart. Thanks to LuAnne’s dedication and expertise, I found the perfect home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Georgie was the consummate realtor! Very supportive and engaged during the entire process. As a native of Washington County she is extremely knowledgeable about the housing stock in that area and can recommend from firsthand experience, highly qualified local tradespeople.
I would highly recommend working with her and would choose her again for any real estate needs.

We had a great experience working with Georgie as our realtor. As out-of-town buyers, we relied heavily on her expertise and presence. Georgie was able to attend inspections and the walkthrough on our behalf when we couldn't be there. Her knowledge of the area was appreciated, and her local recommendations helped us feel more connected to our new community. We would recommend Georgie to anyone looking to buy a home in the Down East area.

Sheldon was reachable at all times of day, and he called us immediately with any new information,

When I began looking for property in Maine, I was looking for someone that was honest with integrity. I went through a couple agents then met Heidi. Heidi was willing to do what it took to help me find what I was looking for. You don't get the used car salesman approach from Heidi. We hit it off business wise and I found my property. Thank you. Will be doing business in the future when we're ready for our next land purchase.

It was a pleasure having Georgie representing us during the sale of our property. Georgie's professional knowledge made this transaction seem simple for both the buyer and us.
I would highly recommend Georgie to anyone and would definitely call on her again to represent us in the future.

Holly Dyndiuk is fantastic! We had loose email contact with Holly for a few months, and she always responded very quickly and obtained the information we were looking for about properties. When we saw the property we knew was The One, Holly coordinated a showing within 24 hours, and we were under contract within 5 days of the property hitting the market. After that, Holly was thorough and diligent. Absolutely recommend.

I can't really speak to Mark's negotiation skills because we were in a time crunch and the seller may have used that to her advantage in not being willing to negotiate price at all, but in the end we are happy with the purchase and feel that the property will hold the value or appreciate over time.
