Please note that the neutral rating on negotiation is due to it being N/A. We really didn't have to face that situation, so I can't comment on Tricia's performance in that area. The 9 on communication is due to some very minor confusion on coordinating vendors that was also partially my fault (and we cleared it up quickly w/o any negative impact). The 9 on responsiveness is related to coordinating vendors in general. Perhaps I was spoiled by another agent in another state in my second home purchase, but she set the bar very high. Tricia did help me with recommendations on vendors for a few services/repairs, however, I had to make the calls and do the legwork myself. That may be typical, but my prior agent in a different market many years ago (who I used for our 3rd purchase as well) handled all of that upfront legwork for me. This wasn't too big a deal given my experience (and familiarity with the house and the service area), but it would have been appreciated since I was 1,500 miles away. A less savvy seller may have struggled a bit. Overall, Tricia was extremely good. She was always very professional and careful to be sure we were aligned with regulations and requirements, which I also appreciate very much (my first home purchase was not that way, so I have a good comparison on that front).
