Mark was so helpful at every step of the way. Explained the many steps of the process as we went along and gave great advice and recommendations about the inspection process and how to proceed when we got bad news about the amount of work that needed to be done on the house. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process--I had no issue ever getting ahold of him.
