We highly recommend working with John if you are looking for a Maine Getaway. We worked with him long distance from Ohio and his daily emails based on our search criteria were incredibly helpful in learning about availability and price points in different areas. We have visited Maine for many years and had some idea about where we wanted to be but also wanted to keep our options open. On our summer vacation this year we met John personally and visited several properties with him. We ultimately were able to find and purchase a property that we love with his guidance and help. John is extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about many areas in Maine. He was able to coordinate our limited schedule with many listing agents .
