Deb was simply wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and prompt. Any questions were answered on the spot. We had not sold property previously, and did not know what to expect. The photography used to promote our property was beyond expectation. It was an emotional decision to let go of our beautiful waterfront home. We are grateful to have had Deb guide us through the process. Talking with her is as comfortable as talking with an old friend or family member. She had been highly recommended by a few friends in the Lincoln area. We certainly would not hesitate to have Deb's expertise in the future.

My recent property sale was just completed in a very satisfactory manner and I wanted to take a bit of extra time to share my thoughts about the exceptional service provided by you personally. The land sale just completed had some significant difficulties and you worked through them with both the skill of knowing whom to work with in your area and your personality to make everything happen and to flow smoothly. Very simply you went above and beyond my expectations. I truly don't know how I would have worked through them without your help. Due to the type of business we owned it took a while to get traction, however, Deb was persistent and continued to promote the lodge eventually getting us the right buyer. She was professional, courteous, and responsive.

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Deb Henderson in selling our family home and camp.
