We appreciate that the land was sold but the level of professionalism did not meet our expectations. When we first signed up w/ the Harvey- Wilbur team we thought we had 3 agents working for us, at least 1 of them close by, which didn't happan. Sally was out main agent. She was pleasant and always kept us in the loop of any potential buyers. What makes us feel somewhat neutral about your agency in this process were the following: 1. Throughout the entire process , Henry had to repeatly answer many of the same questions about details of the building, etc. that were explained in an onsite meeting and were on the paperwork. 2. Mistakes were made on paperwork. Some of the agreement papers that should have been signed by us from the beginning were not signed until the end, because of oversights. Because of this we felt more comfortable using our own lawyer for the closing. 3. Your agency seemed to have no place for us to to sign the closing papers. We used our lawyer to help with the closing & it was assumed by your agency that he would have space for us to do the closing without asking. He did not. It was Henry who had to fiqure out where we could all meet.
