When looking for professionalism coupled with concern, dedication to client, and hard work you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Susan! Her concern for your needs and focus on details is second-to-none. She helped us in a very difficult situation with many ups and downs and was able to navigate us through it all. Susan was absolutely great. I was moving from CA to Maine and she helped me every step of the way. She is super knowledable a bout all aspects of the Maine market. I would highly recommend Susan and I would use her again and again. I cannot say enough positive things about. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything she did for me.

I first heard of Susan on a local mom’s Facebook group. Someone had asked if anyone had recommendations for a good realtor and the most recommended person was Susan. Reaching out to her was the best decision. Susan is everything we needed and didn’t know we needed in a realtor as first-time home buyers. She had integrity: we never felt like she was pressuring us to buy a home we weren’t interested in. She had knowledge: Susan has been at this for decades and was able to point out details that our trained eye didn’t catch helping us decide what house was worth pursuing. She had a tireless work ethic: with this housing market, a great home with great value gets snatched up so fast and you have to act very quickly to get in. Susan was incredibly responsive and when we’d decided to view a house did tons of research on the house to help give us context. We are so grateful to Susan and cannot recommend her more!

Susan made the whole experience of selling my home unexpectedly pleasant. Her confidence in the sale and steps needed to make everything come together were spot on! What I thought was going to be a high stress process turned out to be orderly and smooth from the sign being placed to the last signature at the closing. Susan is 5 stars all the way!
