From the initial showing of the property, answering questions, acting as intermediary between myself and seller during negotiations, providing resources for hazardous material testing, Title resource, to the actual closing Gina was very responsive and thorough, detail oriented. Gina would not hesitate to find the information you were looking for if she didn’t already have it. Her direct & expeditious approach definitely lead to a successful transaction. If she were not so responsive I’m not sure the negotiations and ultimately the sale would have gone through.
