From the initial showing of the property, answering questions, acting as intermediary between myself and seller during negotiations, providing resources for hazardous material testing, Title resource, to the actual closing Gina was very responsive and thorough, detail oriented. Gina would not hesitate to find the information you were looking for if she didn’t already have it. Her direct & expeditious approach definitely lead to a successful transaction. If she were not so responsive I’m not sure the negotiations and ultimately the sale would have gone through.

Oh man, what can I say about Gina? She is truly the coolest, funniest, and most put-you-at-ease person you'll ever work with. Buying a house, as everyone knows, is super stressful, but never fear! Gina is here! Professionally, Gina is top-notch: followed up on every issue ON THE DAY, and went to bat relentlessly on my behalf with the sellers, inspector, the title company, you name it. I felt very safe and taken care of in the entire process with her-- never once did I feel pressured. Bottom line: you can trust Gina, AND you'll have fun this time buying a house. I highly recommend Gina Brunda.
