While spending the winter in Arizona, we decided to purchase a property in Maine. We thought we could do it ourselves...it became complicated so we called Bridge Delong. With his expertise and knowledge he helped us with this purchase. We would definitely recommend him...he knows his stuff, if he isn't sure about something he researches it. We feel he is trustworthy and had our best interest in mind. We are very happy with Bridge and Reality of Maine!

In my opinion Bridge went above and beyond the responsibilities of an agent for selling my property. He took time to get to know me and my connection with the property. He listened to my stories and was supportive throughout the selling of the property in Fairfield. Bridge was recommended to me by my daughter who recently was a buyer of a property he was an agent. Her interaction with Bridge was very positive and why she thought to put him in touch with me. If I ever need a realtor again or know of anyone looking for a caring realtor I would highly recommend Bridge. Bridge was amazing to work with! He took his time answering my many questions, was timely with responses and made the whole land purchase process so easy. After working with Bridge, I now understand why I need a buyer’s agent for purchasing property. I could not have done this alone. He worked incredibly hard on my behalf researching covenants, deeds, shore land restrictions, wetlands, etc. and was able to help me clarify that my property could be used the way I wanted. He helped me understand aspects of the purchase of property with which I was unfamiliar. He was able to contact contractors to meet us on site for professional opinions. Equally important, he saved me a few thousand dollars on the initial offer as his expertise helped me make a more informed offer. If I buy more property in Maine at some point, I will not hesitate to reach out and work with Bridge again. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and tenacious.
