Bridge DeLong did a wonderful job listing and selling my home. He was quick to respond and act on anything that would come up in the whole process. The closing was quick and easy. Early this past summer our daughter noticed a new realty sign stating "Coming Soon" 1/2 mile from her home. She immediately called her father who went to see the property. He called the listing agent, Bridge DeLong and spoke with him for a few minutes then drove to get me to look at the property. The first thing he told me was how impressed he was with the realtor with whom he spoke. We ended up buying the property, and during every step of our process Bridge showed exceptional professionalism and integrity. After the closing on the new property we asked Bridge to represent us in the sale of our property in South West Harbor, which he agreed to do and we could not have been happier with all aspects of our experience. Definite 5 Stars from us and we also consider him a forever friend!

We had the pleasure of working with Bridge DeLong and John Bettis in Fall of 2024. They were extremely helpful in finding a perfect second home for our family. We live in Washington DC and traveling to Maine for each opening was not very feasible for us. After we explained our search criteria to John, he was able to organize a trip that covered many properties across the Acadia National Park area in three days. Bridge then met us at each of the properties providing a lot of great insights about living in Maine. He asked seller agents the questions we would not even think of. He is very knowledgeable in home construction and home systems. He had a few phone apps and access to resources that helped us determine property boundaries and even research boat navigation routes (it was important for us to have deep water access for our boat and be sure that we can get to the bay/ocean). After seeing the place, we had some hesitation, but Bridge set up a few Zoom meetings with us allowing us to see the place even after we left the area. He also met with the home inspector and helped us to decipher the inspector's home report. Bridge scheduled house winterization with a local plumbing company and recommended us a great company for addressing a few septic tank problems. He went above and beyond ensuring that we had a great buying experience in Maine. We were very lucky to be in such great hands throughout this journey. We highly recommend Bridge for finding the right Maine home for you and your family.

I began working with Bridge DeLong in late August of 2024. Because I am out of state, Bridge showed me houses on Zoom and was always available to discuss properties I was interested in online. I came out to Maine in early September, and Bridge showed me more than a dozen houses. Bridge has been a delight to work with, unfailingly knowledgeable, patient with my questions and concerns, and has deep roots in the area. When we found a great house, he made the buying process go very smoothly and kept me informed every step of the way. He has also been generous with his recommendations going forward for improvements to the property. We look forward to being his neighbor when we move into our new home and have already recommended him as an agent to family members in Maine.

Bridge was an excellent resource in our search for property in the Moosehead lake area. He thoroughly researched all properties and advised us of certain restrictive covenants that were not apparent when we first started looking. He carefully determined exactly what we were looking for and promptly sent us information on new listings. Overall, he is the best realtor i have ever worked with and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I had to sell my home that I’ve had for 40 years. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever had to do. I was alone at making decisions and understanding the process. Bridge helped me with everything and walked me through each step of the way. He was thorough and patient with me. He helped me in many ways. One of the many things he did for me was to clear my yard. My willow tree had fallen during a winter storm and there were branches, twigs and such all over the lawn. Bridge came over and cut it up and piled it neatly for me. What a big difference he made making my home and yard look amazing. He would come to my home with paperwork so that I would be able to sign different documents. He helped me move some of my things from the house to my new residence. I cannot say enough nice things about Bridge. He was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a fantastic, kind and helpful realtor. I have made a true friend in Bridge.
