“Time is of the essence” is a common contractual element in a purchase and sale agreement for a multitude of reasons and good reasons at that. As such, prompt and efficient service is one of the highest qualities to be found in the agent you choose to represent you in your purchase or sale. In this regard, you can’t do better than Georgie. I was extremely impressed with Georgie Kendall attention to finding out the details and history of my house. She is excellent to work with and has a way at making you feel at ease. She had the best personality for being a realtor and a big asset for your company. She is well known in Washington county and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Georgie twice in purchasing 2 unique homes in Downeast Maine. The first being a unique antique property that was cherished for 40 years by the late owners. I drive 5 hours in a snow storm and Georgie made every effort to get to the house for the showing and trust me on a handshake on a snowy day just before Christmas. She was an incredible agent, partner and knowledgeable about the area, inspector, all needs. Georgie has a really approachable, humble and honest style that aligns with myself and my values. When I was ready to purchase a second home, there was no hesitation, she was my first call … we secured the house with a competitive offer and the whole process was as seamless. I could not be present for the closing and final walkthrough… and I trusted her every step of the way. I now call her a friend and have the utmost respect. I highly recommend working with her.
