We were planning to buy a lake house in Maine and retire. With the help from Sheldon we chose a week to start looking for our new home. Started day 1 by looking at 8 homes. After a few days we had chosen a wonderful place. But it’s current owner was very hard to negotiate with. With Sheldon’s hard work and patience we were able to purchase the property. Prior to the closing the owner kept playing hardball but again with Sheldon’s determination the closing went as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have ask for a better agent !
