Sheldon knows the Patten market like the back of his hand. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns about listing an old house that was solid but needed lots of TLC. Sheldon was awesome to deal with from the very beginning. I contacted him through his website and within 10 minutes he was calling me to discuss what I was needing. He kept in constant contact at all hours and kept me up to date with everything. This is the first house I have owned and sold and he didn't make me feel like an idiot for not understanding all the lingo. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to. He's very smart about all things realty and home ownership and construction. He's a normal person not stuck up or anything, I work in healthcare and he has what we would say "great bedside manner". I would recommend him to anyone. Can't say enough good things about Sheldon.

Sheldon was great with us. He was responsive, knowledgeable and made this hard process smooth for us. We had an offer in 48 hours and when that fell through he went back to working hard for us. 2 weeks later we had an offer. He did a great job promoting with video and social media.
