Adria Yock is and was the commiserate professional that we could have hoped for when we decided to sell our home. While our house was unique in the market, she instantly saw the value in our home. While no home in the area had sold near the price, we marketed our house at, she was confident and focused to get the job done. She hired a photographer and put together a video and produced a marketing plan that put our house in the best light possible which showed the value of the home. While we interviewed what were considered the top three agents in the area, some of which stated boldly they will be the only ones who could sell our house, due to the price and limited pool of buyers. Not only was Adria professional she we humble and remained focused on the task at hand. Adria is by far the most thorough, hardworking, and detail-oriented agent I have ever met. Adria was recommended to us by a friend, and she lived up to her reputation as a great real estate agent! We were buying from out of state —which can be very stressful as you’re viewing (with the exception of possible short visits) most homes solely through the internet—but Adria was very helpful and proactive with our home search. She brought a knowledge of the local market and towns as well as was able to provide her Mainer perspective and dish out some insider knowledge to some out-of-towners moving from a very different climate.
