We found her to be extremely personable, knowledgable, and flexible to work with our needs. She was very forthright as well when need be, we appreciated that she always told us what we needed to hear, not what she thought we would want to hear. Made it a seamless experience from beginning to end. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
