We seriously cannot say enough about how awesome Georgie was through the entire process of looking for and purchasing our home! We'll be honest in that we have had some very poor experiences with realtors so we were anxious going into the process...but Georgie was amazing! We were looking for a home in Lubec but living 4.5 hrs away. She spent the time to chat with us on the phone and get to know us a little and shared a bit about herself as well, which we really appreciated. We knew she was a good match for us but could not have anticipated how stellar she was as a realtor. She set us up for alerts on houses "new on the market", even after one fiasco of thinking we weren't going to be able to make the move. But she understood our dream and kept in touch. When the opportunity came suddenly to start looking in Lubec for a home, she acted immediately and set us up for appts to see homes within 2 days, and all within our limited time frame. It was her understanding of the market, professionalism, knowledge of the area, and obvious dedication to help her buyers have the best chance of obtaining their desired home, that secured OUR dream! Truly, her knowledge, expertise, and suggestions on how to proceed with an offer ...it's what made the difference between getting the house and losing out. Georgie Kendall was recommended by a friend who had good results with her, I will be forever grateful to her. Georgie is very professional, very hard worker, and very helpful, she helped me through a dark time, since I lost my husband in May of 2023, I was lost, as my husband was the one to take care of things that had to do with the land, but Georgie was always there for me, she is answered all my questions and directed me. Georgie Kendall proved herself as a superb realtor handling the sale of my house in Lubec, Maine! She was constantly in touch regarding folks showing interest in the property and completely responsive to my questions, along with those of potential buyers. She immediately gives the impression of honesty and fairness - nothing slick, nothing pushy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Georgie Kendall on the sale of my house. There were lots of memories wrapped up in the house and Georgie expertly and kindly guided me through listing, showing, reviewing offers and closing the sale. Her knowledge, skill and gentle sense of humor provided reassurance and peace of mind in a complex process.

My wife dealt with realtors for 15 years as a mortgage person and doesn't like Realtors, but she loves Georgie. Georgie went above and beyond to help us purchase land with a creative contract. She followed all the rules when providing us referrals and gave us many options for who to contact for services. She also made sure everything went smoothy as we are out if state. A true professional and we highly recommend her. Especially if you're out of state and you need to trust someone to have your best interests when spending hundreds of thousands.

My experience with Georgie was excellent from the very start. I called her after spending many years trying to sell my land through another realtor. She took quick action at getting out to the property to take pictures using her drone, wrote up a description that accurately represented the property, and gathered all of the tax info, covenants, & restrictions to help a prospective buyer make an informed decision. Georgie is honest, energetic, and knowledgeable about real estate in her area. My property sold in about a year of hiring her to list it. She provided many contact options for preparing the property before listing it, in addition to recommending a very competent agency to handle the final closing documents and settlement statement. Georgie’s knowledge of Maine’s real estate and the natural habitat the area offers makes her a perfect choice for anyone wanting to list or purchase properties in the state of Maine.

Georgie Kendall and I worked together on the purchase of my current home in Eastport, a community I fell in love with at first sight. She did her job well, integrating me to the ways of Maine, giving me sensible suggestions, responding to my anxious emails promptly with welcome reassurances. She even worked on my offer while flying home from her vacation! Georgie is exactly the realtor I needed; she treated me as a friend.

I can't say enough about how amazing Georgie is to work with. She is the only agent who I would ever use again. Even while traveling she went over and above to makes things happen and took our offer to the table and got it accepted. She is amazing and 10/10 recommend if you are buying or selling she is the one, hands down!

From day one, we were informed every single step of the way. Communication was very clear and prompt, always. Never a call, message, or question left unanswered. Photography of the house for the listing was done beautifully, flattering our home. Georgie Kendall goes above and beyond (even from Ireland!).. THANK YOU, Georgie!!
