Georgie Kendall spent as much time as I needed, went above and beyond to educate me on what needed to be done before the listing, and during the stressful negotiation process. She walked me through the closing which happened in a very tight window of time - we actually closed ahead of schedule. Georgie was excellent to work with. We were looking for a home in Maine to “retire” to and after looking at a few very expensive homes on the water that needed lots of work, she suggested a home in Pembroke that was coming on the market. It wasn’t just what we were looking for, it was even better!! We absolutely love it. Thanks again Georgie for finding us our dream home!

I had a wonderful experience working with Georgie!! I had an accepted offer on the first day that my home was listed by one of Georgie’s other clients. The transaction was seamless, trouble free and she paid great attention to detail. She always answered her messages promptly and I definitely recommend Georgie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Georgie kept us promptly informed of inquiries and offers. Necessary paperwork was explained and when the time came to proceed with a sale, Georgie outlined next steps and our responsibilities for finalization. The is the second time that I, personally, had dealt with Georgie in a real estate transaction and will happily do so again,

We could not have asked for a better realtor. She provided exceptional customer service and guidance; all our questions were answered in a timely manner. When we made the final offer on our land after inspecting it. She was leaving for a foreign vacation and put the deal together in a matter of hours. I broke my leg that day and she went above and beyond to ensure all the details were taken care of, so our long-distance closing went smoothly. Just last week we needed information regarding the deed which we did not bring with us, I called Georgie and she had the information available for me to pick-up within 10 minutes of my call. She makes buying Real Estate easy. She came highly recommended by my parents. She sold two of their properties and provided amazing customer service for them as well. Thank-you does not do justice for the level of care she has shown and our family. If you are looking for a fantastic realtor look now further, Georgie is the one.

Georgie, was very helpful and fast to reply each time I had a question. She went out of her way to explain everything In detail. This was a very easy ' No Stress ' purchase which has not been my experience with others in the past. I would say she is the best when it comes to customer service and her above and beyond efforts to make her clients feel comfortable.
