It's hard for me to rate your requests, because I was involved with multiple agents at multiple times throughout a 2 year period of time. My first agent was Lana Buck, but she decided to pursue the medical field and passed me on to her Mother Dolly Perkins. Dolly was an exceptional individual, but in my opinion was "Too Busy" to service my needs. She had more deals brewing than any one person cold handle. My questions went unanswered, scheduled phone calls were not met, and several deals went south because of the time it was taking to present offers. I was even passed on to her son Liam on multiple occasions, because she was too busy to take care of me herself. It was most frustrating. I live in Hawaii, and it was taking on average of 3 to 4 days to formally submit an offer. By the time we got offers in, the properties were already under contract. We even lost the house of our dreams, because my agent didn't have the time to drive up to Houlton in a timely manner. In the end, I contacted Beth Royal and she assigned me to Jennifer Herboldt. Jennifer got the job done! Offers were submitted within 24 hours, we had a deal within a week, and she stayed close to the deal until it closed. Thank You Jennifer!!! and Thank You Beth!!!
